Shipping policy

BeautiVelle is committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Estimated Delivery

After processing, estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, weather, customs procedures, and other circumstances outside our control.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to the customer after the order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided.

If you believe your package has been lost or has not arrived within a reasonable period, contact us at kennyacc197@gmail.com with your order number.

We will work with the shipping carrier where appropriate to investigate the issue.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Third-Party Fulfillment

Where applicable, orders may be fulfilled or shipped through third-party suppliers, warehouses, or fulfillment partners. Customers will receive applicable shipping information for their order.
